Perfect location near transport options.

The self-check-in process left me frustrated and confused. The written instructions were inadequate, causing significant delays in accessing my room. And while the overall cleanliness was good, the lack of tissues in the bathroom was a real inconvenience and unexpected.

It has affable staff...

Actually the room was well-maintained and new-fashioned with nightstands and comfortable bed, for instance. Amicable staff, answered all questions. The location was convenient to airports.

The room was verynice and neat, but the self check-in process was confusing and relied on mobile data.

The hotel was quiet with amicable staff and a magnificent location in the heart of Rome. Really enjoyed central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television in the room. A tub in the good size bathroom was super awesome. The whole place had a quiet atmosphere and I would use them next time.

This place could have been a gem, but oh my goodness, no breakfast included? No one around to help me check in after struggling with the room code. It was like a scavenger hunt for my room. As a special guest, i expected a complimentary upgrade or gift, but alas, nothing! Absoluteley disappointing!

Recommend it for solo travelers

I left my airpod in the room, and by the time I realized, the staff had it mailed back to my apartment in the US within a day. The room was clean and had everything you could need. I appreciated that it's steps away from the train station. The communication from the host allowed for smooth self-check-in, which I didn't know I would love so much until I got there.

It not exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's still acceptable.

The location of Roma Vespahouse is excellent, just steps away from Roma Termini station. The room was everything was super clean, and featured a comfy bed, a mini fridge with replenished water, and a good shower. Communication with the host was superb, especially regarding check-in.
